How do I access the course after buying?+
Right after payment you'll receive an email with your access link and downloadable materials. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or get in touch.
Is it really a one-time payment?+
Yes. Pay once and get lifetime access to the course, including all future updates to that course.
Can I request a refund?+
Yes. We offer a 7-day window for courses that haven't been substantially accessed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do I need fast internet?+
Lessons are optimised for slower connections and can be watched at reduced quality. PDF materials can be downloaded and used offline.
Is this useful if I only have a small plot?+
Yes. Most of our courses are designed for small and medium growers, with low-cost solutions suited to smaller plots.
Do you issue certificates?+
We issue a certificate of completion for every course. Our focus, though, is practice: results in the field matter more than paper.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit and debit cards, instant EFT (Ozow), SnapScan and bank transfer. Payments are processed by a secure provider.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). If you pay with a foreign card, your bank may apply a conversion.
